The deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexander Saltanov, has awarded the anniversary medal to the Chief Rabbi of Russia Berl

On November 14 the ceremony of rewarding the Chief Rabbi of Russia, Berl Lazar by the medal "Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation. 200 years". The memorable sign to the 200th-anniversary the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is entrusted to prominent representatives of legislative and executive authority of Russian Federation, the administrative board of the President Administration, spiritual leaders of traditional confessions participating in realization of foreign policy initiatives of Russia and establishment of international contacts. The deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexander Saltanov, has awarded the anniversary medal to the Chief Rabbi of Russia Berl Lazar.
