Mr. Heidar Alliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, hosts the President of the federation of Jewish Communities in Baku.
02.04.2003 Mr. Heidar Alliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, hosted Mr. Lev Levayev, the President of the Federation of Jewish Communities and the Chief of Russian-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, who was staying in Baku then. Mr. Heidar Alliyev mentioned positive development of Azerbaijani-Israeli co-operation and expressed his hopes for its spreading. Regarding Mr. Levayev he emphasized on absence of anti-Semitism in Azerbaijan and also accented the fact that business and partnership are going to be developed between the republic, Israel and the Jewish capital in the CIS.
