The Union of Belarusian Jewish Public Associations and Communities (SBEOOO) traditionally took part in the Republican Festival of National Cultures, which took place in Grodno already in the 11th time. The festival is held every two years.
The festival presented more than forty ethnic communities. "The Jewish Courtyard" was located on the territory of the Grodno State Museum of the History of Religion. Boris Gersten, the SBEOOO Chairman, member of the EAJC General Council welcomed the guests at the opening of the "Courtyard".
Presentations were made by creative teams representing Jewish communities in different cities of Belarus; guests could taste the traditional national dishes.
